This is the alphabet, a list of symbols called letters used in English reading. Each letter has a name. Each letter also says a sound. You will use either the letter “name” or the letter “sound” when you read. Here you will learn the letter “names”. Later you will learn the letter “sounds”. When you read a word, sometimes you will use the letter “name” and sometimes you will use the letter “sound”. Click on each letter to hear it read to you and memorize it. Make sure you memorize all the letter “names” that you learn here.
